Digital Resource Lab sells digital products that are delivered electronically.
We want customers to understand our refund terms before purchasing.
1. Digital Products
Because our products are digital, delivery may occur immediately after purchase.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, refunds may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
However, this policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws applicable to your purchase.
2. Incorrect or Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review duplicate transactions and, where appropriate, coordinate regarding the applicable refund.
3. Product Not Received
If you completed a purchase but did not receive access to your product, please contact:
support@digitalresourcelab.com
Please include:
- Name used during checkout
- Email address used for purchase
- Product purchased
- Transaction/order information if available
We will investigate the issue and help restore access where appropriate.
4. Technical Problems
If the product cannot reasonably be accessed because of a technical problem attributable to the product or our delivery system, please contact us.
We may attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing a replacement download
- Providing alternative access
- Correcting the technical problem
- Providing another appropriate remedy
If a material technical defect cannot reasonably be resolved, applicable consumer protection rights may entitle you to a refund.
5. Product Not As Described
If you believe that a product materially differs from its description at the time of purchase, contact us at:
support@digitalresourcelab.com
Please describe the issue and provide relevant information so we can investigate.
Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to products that are not as described.
6. Change of Mind
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, we do not guarantee refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing or accessing a digital product.
Digital products may be immediately delivered and accessed, making them materially different from physical goods.
However, mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights applicable in your jurisdiction will continue to apply.
7. European Union, EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom
Certain consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital content and services.
Where applicable, the Paddle checkout will contain the relevant consent and transaction information.
8. Other Jurisdictions
Different jurisdictions may provide additional mandatory consumer rights.
9. Fraud and Abuse
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Payment abuse
- Repeated abusive refund requests
- Unauthorized redistribution
- Deliberate misuse of the product
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
10. Effect of Refund
Where a refund is approved, your license to use the refunded product will end and access may be revoked.
You must stop using and distributing the refunded product and delete copies where reasonably required.
